Periscope events introduced in October, 2009 at Le Vecteur in Charleroi migrate on Brussels at Recyclart
They propose a quarterly programming of short movies (less than 15 minutes) by belgian and international directors from our collection : The Nomadic Video Library
The program about one hour privileges the narrative, sound and visual explorations.
